PIKAMOON has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

Please note that if we receive a consumer request from or about you, we are required to verify that the request is actually coming from you (or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf). In order to verify the identity with respect to such a request, we have implemented appropriate authentication procedures. Our authentication procedure may include the use of information we already have collected about you and/or questions and requests for information. If we collect personal information to verify your identity, we will only use that information for the purpose of completing verification. If we are unable to verify your identity, then we will not fulfill your consumer request, We will acknowledge your consumer request within 10 days of receipt and, provided that we are able to verify your identity, we will endeavor to respond to your consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time to respond to your consumer request, we will notify you and provide the reasons for the extension.

How to Opt-Out From Third Party Services
