Returns
Returns and Refunds of products due to any reasons beside quality issues are not accepted.

Refunds
Refunds are only if items are out of stock, or issue with quality of products. A refund can be claimed only if products are found damaged prior any usage and must be unused and in the same condition received. Return request must be submitted no later than 14 days after your delivery date. Once we receive your item, inspection and notification of receive will be noticed. Immediate notification will be sent out on the status of your refund after inspection of the item.

Exchanges
PIKAMOON does not accept exchanges. If you would like to change the size of an item in your order, the item will need to be cancelled, and a new order must be placed.

Cancellation
It is only possible to make modification to your order within 2 hours of order placed and if the order has not been processed. This includes cancelling an order in full or in part, changing an address, adding, replacing or removing items from your order. You must immediately contact our Customer Service Team (within 2hours) at at help@pikamoon.com or Customer Service Team with your change/cancellation request details included. You cannot cancel any items that are already at the “Processing” status after 2 hours. PIKAMOON is not able to alter orders once they have been placed. If you would like to change the size of an item in your order, the item will need to be cancelled, and a new order must be placed. Refused orders/packages are subject to a re-stocking fee of $12.00 per item.

Chargeback
We understand that you have the right to raise a dispute so as to protect your payment safety. Please be informed that a ChargeBack process may take up to 180 days, we kindly ask you to contact with Customer Service Care for assistance in advance, our team will ensure to offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

PIKAMOON reserves the right to cancel orders anytime without reference to shipping status.
