International Shipping Policy
PIKAMOON is not responsible for any taxes, customs, and duties applied to your order. You are responsible for all customs, import duties, and taxes for your purchase. These fees do not include the shipping fee.
Pricing
At PIKAMOON, you are shopping pieces from our designer brands and partners around the globe, expertly curated for you by our team. Prices are determined by each designer partner, therefore the price of the same item may vary depending on your location and where you order an item from.
Currency
We provide most currency references according to your shipping location, and you will be charged an equal USD amount at the checkout page.
Cancellation
It is only possible to make modifications to your order within 2 hours of the order being placed and if the order has not been processed. This includes canceling an order in full or in part, changing an address, adding, replacing, or removing items from your order. You must immediately contact our Customer Service Team (within 2 hours) at help@pikamoon.com or Customer Service Team with your change/cancellation request details included. You cannot cancel any items already at the “Processing” status after 2 hours. PIKAMOON is not able to alter orders once they have been placed. If you would like to change the size of an item in your order, the item will need to be canceled, and a new order must be placed. Refused orders/packages are subject to a re-stocking fee of $12.00.
Damages/Lost
PIKAMOON is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
